For a little more than three years now, Mikey's Town has offered information on Pokemon, Crash Bandicoot, Dragonball Z, and more! We greatly appreciate all who have taken the time to visit our website, but we feel it's simply not enough. During this summer of 2004, we have decided to give all our staff a vacation! Unfortunately, this means our content will not be updated as often as usual. Do not fear, though! While our staff is taking a vaction, our new website design team is taking the chance to completely re-design Mikey's Town! While our design is quite sturdy, we feel it is time to upgrade to a more professional look. We'll have an easier navigation, more features, more information, and so much more!
So from all our staff, have a wonderful summer! We'll see you soon!

On April 20, 2004, "Mikey's Town" Was On The Internet For Exactly 3 Years! To Celebrate This Wonderful Event, Our Entire Staff Was Hosting The Mikey's Town 3rd Anniversary Bash! Since Our Staff First Decided On The Idea, We've All Been Extremely Busy, Working On Everything On Our Website! Unfortunately, We Still Need Time To Finalize Our Work. Therefore, We Will Be Uploading The Content That Is Already Finished Then Upload Those In Progress As They Are Completed. We Are Sorry For This Inconvenience, But We Feel It Was Better To Take Our Time And Make It Look Awesome Than Quickly Do The Job Just To Get It Finished On Time And Make It Look Horrible! Just A Heads Up, We'll Have A Ton More Information On Each Section, Web Polls, Quizzes, More Buddy Icons, An Entire Music Library, Videos, New Features Such As The Photo Center, And So Much More It Would Take Up The Rest Of The Page! So Check Back Every So Often To Find Some Of The Newest Pages!

Are You Ready For The Newest Game To Hit The Stores? It Seems Like Only Yesterday That "Crash Nitro Kart" Hit The Shelves. Not Even A Year Later, The Newest Crash Bandicoot Game Has Been Announced! "Crash Bandicoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage" Is Set To Be Released June 2004! As Many Fans Know, Vicarious Visions Has Taken Over For Creating The Crash Bandicoot Video Games. Both Crash Bandicoot And Spyro The Dragon Are Created By The Same Developer. It's No Question As To Why These Two Characters Are Teaming Up! The Plot Behind The Newest Games... Wait, There's More Than One Game? That's Right! Not Only Is There A Crash Bandicoot Version, But A Spyro Version Called "Spyro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy". Both Games Are On The GameBoy: Advanced, And You'll Be Able To Link The Two Versions To Unlock Some Hidden Features. Unfortunately, You'll Only Be Able To Play As The Main Character Of The Series, Meaning Crash In "Crash Bandicoot Purple" And Spyro In "Spyro Orange". The Good News Is They Both Have The Same Levels, But Are Distinct Depending On The Version. So, In A Volcanic Level, Crash May Jump Over Lava Rivers, But Spyro Would Travel Into The Volcano. The Games Blend Each Character's World Together, Still Keeping The Usual Side-Scrolling Adventure Game. The Main Plot Behind Each Version Is Quite Simple. Cortex And Ripto (Spyro's Nemesis) Have Met Up Through Underground Portals And Join Forces To Conquer The Universe. To Expand Their Territory, Cortex And Ripto Are Using Portals To Flood Their Worlds With Evil Minions. Crash And Spyro Must Now Team Up To Not Only Stop This Menace, But Find Out Who's Doing It! We'll Keep You Updated On The Latest News As It Is Announced, But Until Then, Visit Our Crash Bandicoot Section To Check Out Other Information And Stuff!

All Of Us Here In The Pokemon Department Are Getting Pumped Up For The Newest Game! "Pokemon Colosseum" Releases In America On March 22! Although, It May Be Almost Another Two Months, We've Gained Some Info From Our Friends In Japan Who've Already Played It! As We've Mentioned Before, The Newest Game Of The Pokemon Stadium Series Includes Both A RPG Mode And A Battle Mode! There's So Much Exciting Information That We'd Never Be Able To Explain It On This One Page, So We'll Try To Sum It Up With All The Good Stuff! The Main Story Line Behind The RPG Mode Is Actually Quite Different Than The Normal PokeFan Would Think... But Then Again, We're Not Just Any PokeFans Here! There Are New Pokemon Called "Dark" Pokemon. Now We Know What You're Thinking, "There's Already Dark Pokemon!", But The "Dark" Pokemon We're Talking About Have Had Their Hearts Sealed Off Thanks To Some Evil Men. If You've Ever Played "Kingdom Hearts", This Is Almost The Same Story Line. You Won't Be Able To Tell If A Pokemon Has Had Its Heart Sealed Off. You Will Eventually Meet A Person Name Annie, Who Has The Unique Ability To See A Black Light Illuminating Around The "Dark" Pokemon. You Can Catch "Dark Pokemon", And Here's Where Some Fun Comes In! You Can Actually Keep The Pokemon For Battling, But There's A Small Catch. In Order To Use The "Dark" Pokemon, You Must Open Up Its Heart. A Meter That Shows How Closed Off The Heart Is Will Take The Place Of The Experience Meter. You Must Battle With The Pokemon To Make The Meter Go Down. Occasionally, The Pokemon Will Go Into "Hyper Mode", Which Makes The Pokemon Ignore You. You Must Then Call Out Its Name, Skipping Your Turn, To Get The Pokemon Under Control. Once The Heart Has Been Opened, You Must Take The Pokemon To One Of The Towns To Be Able To Use It In The Battle Mode. Well, This Is Pretty Much A Summary Of What The Game's All About, But Remember This Is Only A Short Summary! Don't Miss Out On The Fun; Purchase The Game On Its American Release!
